Husaberg 400/450 Models

Heavy duty camchain: Use Regina CHR chain from earlier models. 501 89-93 H-200.045.01. Regina CHR chain is dark and lasts! Heim Bearings: Same as KTM top and bottom of shock. The heim joint is the same as KTM #50304090044 Heim Joint Kit $52, Re-use your collars, flip the seals and pack cavity with water proof grease. Discard KTM kit seals and collars. (Viking)

Pads F&R: Try to get "poor" for the rear as too strong here. Gold Fren sintered K5 material, part #31, initial bite beats EBC and Brembo. Lever adjustment changes the feel completely. Outwards make it wooden but full whilst close is soft with 'feel'.

Year 2000 Clutch: The Moose clutch for KTM 4 strokes are an exact fit on 2000 FE400E. All of the parts fit in the factory basket with no problems or alterations needed. (Moose Part Numbers) Friction Plates: F705505-7 Springs: FHDS87-6 Steel Plates: M807505-8

Oil Filters: HF 155, Champion X320

Rockers: Similar to Husqvarna we believe?

Cam followers: Same as Husky we believe?

Front sprocket: Same as Husky 2-strokes. Nearly same as 4-stroke just need small shim. (Brad)

Starter motor: CBR 600 F4/FZR600R6 starter motor. Splines are the same and does the job for a fraction of the cost (Scully).

Fork dust caps: Keep the muck out. CRF450 fork dust caps-big improvement (Scully).

Fork guards: Honda CR ones will fit as well with Honda hose clamp (Midwest)

Needles: EKQ = 5JG-14916-E1 DRQ; 5GS-14916-R1 *DTQ; 5BF-14916-D1 DUQ; 5TJ-14916-D1* CVQ; YZ450 part #?
Starter/choke jet codes all start: 3TJ-1494F-(eg21) and then as follows: 14; #66, 15; #70, 16; #72, 17; #75, 18; #78, 19;#80, 20; #82, 21; #85.
